I shouldn't keep this from him, you decide. “Look,” you
start, “I've been keeping a secret from you.” The HeadMaster
raises an eyebrow in interest. You now know that he's listening, so
you continue.
“I
know this might shock you, but...” Your words trail away. “Go
on,” he says gently. “Okay. See, I, well… transform into a Hordika every night.” The HeadMaster
blinks in surprise, partially at the fact, partially at your bluntness. “But don't worry,” you say quickly, “I
actually quite like that form.
“Speaking
of which,” you add, smiling as you begin to glow, “I think it's starting
now.” The HeadMaster asks, “how long has this been happening?”
“Ever since the incident with patrolling Metru Nui,” you answer.
After
you finish changing, you ask the HeadMaster how he stayed relatively
calm through the whole ordeal. He stands up straight heroically and
answers, “because I'm good like that.” The HeadMaster keeps a
straight face for a few moments before a smile begins to break across
his face. Before long, you both burst out laughing.
“Actually,
I have a legitimate question,” you say as soon as the two of you
calm down.

Wow, quick response! I shall ask, "I've been making use of the Hordika form to assist in a lot of missions. But, even though I have used the Hordika for morally sound acts, will the higher-ups of the Order of Mata Nui view my acts as questionable and immoral? Has my margin for error shrunk? Will they treat me differently from the way they treat the rest of you?"
